What Makes It Special
Studio quality, made simple
100% egg-free. No eggs in the mix and none to add, so nobody has to miss out.
Small batch. Every pouch is mixed and packaged by hand at my studio in New Berlin, WI.
Flexible. One pouch makes a layer cake, a sheet cake or 18 cupcakes. Frost it however you like.
How to Bake It
Four easy steps
You’ll need milk, canola oil and yogurt or sour cream. Exact amounts for each flavor are on the back of the pouch.
Prep
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and lightly flour your pan, or line it with parchment. Use baking cups for cupcakes. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
Mix
Whisk the milk, canola oil and yogurt or sour cream for 2 minutes. Add the cake mix and fold for 1–2 minutes, to a ribbon consistency. Pour into pans.
Bake
Bake on the center rack at 350°F until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool
Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes, remove from the pan, and cool completely before frosting.

What do I need to add?

Is it really egg-free?
Yes. Every mix is 100% egg-free, just like every cake from my studio. It’s great for vegetarian families and anyone avoiding eggs.
How much cake does one pouch make?
One 17.6 oz (500 g) pouch makes three 6-inch rounds, two 8-inch rounds, one 9×13-inch cake or 18 cupcakes.
What about allergens?
