Cakes by Ripal began with a simple wish: that everyone at a celebration should be able to enjoy the cake. Many families, whether for dietary, religious or allergy reasons, go without eggs, and too often that means settling for a cake that looks or tastes like a compromise.
So every cake I make is 100% egg-free, baked from scratch in my New Berlin studio, and designed from the ground up for the person it’s for. Some are elegant wedding tiers with hand-shaped sugar flowers. Others are playful sculpted cakes: castles, ocean liners, storybook cottages and more.
I keep my calendar small on purpose, so every order gets my full attention, from our first conversation to the final detail.
