- **Do egg-free cakes taste different from regular cakes?** No. The recipes are developed specifically for egg-free baking, so the cakes are moist, tender and full of flavor. Most guests never guess there are no eggs.
- **Who are egg-free cakes good for?** Egg-free cakes suit vegetarian families, people who avoid eggs for religious or cultural reasons, and guests with egg allergies. They let everyone at the celebration share the same cake.
